Giel
Grand Chanceollor
Giel is the Grand Chancellor of Chargrove, and handles all foreign affairs, and some
internal affairs, for the city. She has been in her position ever since the city finally earned some
degree of power after the Mercy/Eastland wars, though nothing is known about her time before
gaining this position or how she is even still alive, since she is a gnoll. Though even with her mysterious
origins and situation, the kings of Chargrove trust her without question and her magical ablity
exceeds anyone else in the city.
