Government
Paramour is home to Chumane's ministry, and policies and laws are passed by the ministers and Prime minister.
Defences
The entirety of the city is surrounded by a massive wall that protects its innermost districts while the parts of the city outside the wall are patrolled by guards
Infrastructure
Paramour is the largest city in the Prime Material Plane and the second largest in sphere. The amount of businesses and opportunities that happen to be in this city are nearly endless, providing anyone the means to become successful and achieve their wildest dreams
Because of how many businesses pop up from people starting new ventures, there are many things that exist only in Paramour, or have reached there apex at the city
Districts
The central part of the city contains most of the offices and government buildings, and is where main capitol building is located aswell. This central district is considered by most, and in practice to be the most upstanding and nice looking part of the city, aswell as having a constant patrol of guards in the area. This part of the city also contains the cities private and public schools, its library, and the adventuring guild.
The eastern part of the city is where most of the business infrastructure is located. Almost always active, this is the part of the city most people refer to when they speak of the city and all the opportunities that it holds.
The Western part of the city is seeped in thinly veiled poverty, 'seeder' businesses, and many entertainment ventures. While adventurers may hang out in the other district, they rarely come here and it is instead populated by common mercenaries or even more suspicious individuals.
The northern part of the city is where most of the homes are located. While every district has housing and apartments scattered throughout, the northern part of the city is primarily housing and offers a place in the city to escape from the constant hustle and movement.
The Southern part of the city is where most of the city's imports come in and are offered as trade to its citizens.
History
The city was founded before the start of the Second Era as a place to keep mortals during the reign of the Apta Collective , but after Lefet defeated the God leading the Apta Collective, he took the city as a bastion for the all people he just freed. He set up the system of government that Chumane still uses today, and simply did his best to protect this new nation he started from Paramour.
When Lefet tried to rebel against the Major Gods, Paramour did not side with him, believing that it wasn't in the best interest of it's people and also helped to stop his plans. This is the time where the current Aid system came into practice having talented people protect members of Paramour's government.
After Lefet's rebellion, Paramour decided that they would no longer intervene in the worlds affairs keeping to themselves and staying neutral every future conflict, only providing humanitarian relief and a place for refugees, and this policy remains in the current day
Tourism
Paramour is constantly seen as a vacation spot within the sphere due to the vast variety of things that can be done in the city and the uniqueness of the city's style
Architecture
Most of the city is comprised mostly of multistory buildings that are anything from apartments to businesses with long streets labyrinthine alleys that connect everything together. This gives the city a unique feel that no other city has at all
