The Four Nations of Monsters

These were the Four major powers that were in existence before the modern nations took their roots. They were referred to by this because of their make up, with each nation being led by and extraordinarily powerful monster or immortal of some sort. These monsters had no care for mortal life and simple used them to fuel their own agenda. However, they all met their end at the hands of the Four Founders of the current Nations, and replaced completely. Most do not remember these nations as their histories were completely removed, and only the ruins remain.
