each member of the Ruby Circle is a former adjudicator, and joined after there host family was either killed in the war, random conflict, or the Adjucator themselves were dismissed after the family could no longer support them
History
The Ruby Circle is an organized bandit group that began operation in Mercy after the fall of the royalty, taking advantage of the lack of proper law in the country. Ever since they were founded, they have been illicitly making money at the expense of others and they have yet to be stopped because of just how unstable Mercy has become
