Cosmic Awareness

Cosmic Awareness is the name given to the condition by which one starts to percieve the universe's building blocs. Individuals affected can feel massive events of universal importance, from entire systems away. A sudden and massive loss of life or the destruction of a planet would resonate in their minds immediately.
Individuals affected can feel each other's presence regardless of distance. With training, they can become more precise in their readings, like divining details or the individual's entire identity, or their present actions.
