Dunar, God of Trade
The God that founded The Dunarian Caravan. He ascended in 36 DC.
Dunar was the second prince of the old kingdom of Canaia. He and his older brother, Astes had different views about the way in which Canaia should be ruled. While Astes believed in protectionism and that Canaia should isolate itself and focus on self-sustainment, Dunar believed in an opened country with free trade. At one point Dunar was exiled from Canaia due to unknown reasons. He was given an amount of money, which enabled him to found the Dunarian Caravan. Dunar desired to prove Astes wrong by founding a guild which survives longer than the kingdom of Canaia. In the year 36 DC, Dunar ascended into godhood. He watched over the Caravan and aided them with his power until the foundation of the Free City after the fall of Canaia. With the kingdom of Canaia gone, Dunar’s desire was fulfilled, which made him return to the eternal cycle. The Caravan and the Free City exist to this day.
