Hybrillia has a cosmopolitan cultural identity being that hybrids are the result of many differing humans and monsters interbreeding with each other. this causes their culture being a mixed bag of practices and ideologies from the parent species and ultimately each state within hybrillia. This often causes confusion among foreign nationals who often mistakenly assume that the nation has a singular, unified cultural identity.
Hybrillia over the past few decades has steadily grown a culture of Hybrid superiority over humans and monsters, developing institutional level discrimination against those who are not hybrid citizens.

History
In the 18th century of the Clover Date, the already weak nations of man would tear each other apart with the great war between the nations of Saul and Rends and would invite the invasions of the monster kingdoms. The global conflict would take its toll not only on men and monsters, but the hybrid races who due to their mixed nature of being both human and monster, faced great prejudice and persecution often being enslaved or forced to fight in desperate conflict. The devastation left in the wars absence would leave the Hybrid races longing for a land of their own where their kind could live safe and free from the violence of man and monster. Families of hybrids would wander the fallen lands of Saul and would settle the lands that now border the nation of Seojeong and Jeongon decades later in 1840 CD.

The lands that comprise the United Hybrillian States are a portion of the now defunct kingdom of Saul along with the territories that were once apart to the nations of Seonjeong, Jeocheon, and lower Vastada.
Military
The Hybrillian military is a collection of local and provincial militias that normally act independent of each other. it is only in times of war or in times of need that these militias are combined into one standing military force.
The bulk of the Hybrillian military relies on mounted Calvary for swift and decisive attacks and as diversion.
Technological Level
Despite global sanctions from both the human and monster nations, the United States of Hybrillia boast a technological and scientific level equal and in some categories exceeding the level humans have obtained. Hybrillian firearm technology outperforms the rifles used by the Green's Battalion.
Religion
A majority of the Hybrillian population are Apatheistic, understanding that there is an ultimate and defined divine hierarchy but beliving that all faiths be them Man or Monster are irrelevant to Hybrid-Kind as most do not account for thier kind in any signicant manner. Most referrences to Hybrids in any large manner in other religions are generally negative in nature.
The governement of the Hybrillian Republic dose not respect any establishment of religion and in current times have actively worked against religous institutions. The Hybrillian government has made it illegal for the human and monster population to establish, practice, and perpetuate any form of religion.

The United States of Hybrillia is not well received by the international community of both humans and monsters. Hybrillia's forced cohabitation of humans and monsters has come under great backlash and as such many sanctions have been placed upon the nation.
Hybrillia; in order to gain more people for its agenda of unifying humans and monsters into a single species, is expansionist and has adsorbed much of its neighboring states to the concern of the Human Federation. While Humans are not treated as livestock nor are enslaved, they along with monsters are considered second class citizens and thus are subject to certain inequalities.
The Human Federation and the United States of Hybrillia currently have a Non-aggression pact with each other. Though this is only on paper and in secret are actively attempting to undermine one another.
