the Free Cities // Inner-Wall Region

In the central region of the Iseuxes [m. north] continent, the area where the Great Wall surrounds 10 major cities and a large bay in the middle is called the Wall Region of the Free Cities.   The Wall is recognized as the center of religion, education, culture and trade of the known world.

Religion

All faiths of the Prime Deities are respected, but the Artisan and the Harridan are predominant.

Demographics

The Wall region consists of 10 large cities that are overcrowded, multicultural and multiethnic.

Industry & Trade

The main livelihood of the Inner Wall District is craftsmanship and trade in general.   The grand bay, Dragon Bay, which is at the center of the Wall region is the heart of trade for the Free Cities.   There are dozens of ports in the entire bay that transport the raw materials to the cities and the produced goods to the world.

History

After the Last Uprising, a historic revolt against tyranny and slavery, the Union Articles were signed by the leaders of the rebellion. After that, Sister Cities were established in their present-day locations, and the Great Wall was built both as a defense mechanism and as a monument to what happened in the following period.

Geography

The area surrounding the Dragon Bay in the northeast of the continent of Iseuxes is called the Inner-Wall Region today, because of the monumental wall surrounding the area.   The Dragon Bay in the northeast of the Iseuxes continent, the two islands in the bay and the area surrounding the bay is today called the Inner Wall Zone because of the monumental wall surrounding the area.   The region has a generally unobstructed flat terrain and an indented coastline that is home to many bays.   The region has a mild oceanic climate and receives abundant rainfall throughout the year. Despite this situation, the vegetation cover of the region consists of wide steppes instead of wide forest areas which are usual for climate. At the same time, the soil has a barren and unproductive structure and it is thought that the reason for all this situation is the history of the land.   The only forest area within the boundaries of the region is the northern parts of the Crown Forest on the south.
