Effect

The caster speaks some incantations in Draconic and emits a wave of magical draconic energy, either at a target within 30 ft (can be multiple if clustered within 10 ft) or in an AoE of 20 ft centered on the caster. All creatures affected regain 3d8 + spellcasting mod of HP if they are reptilian. If a creature is not reptilian by nature, but possesses draconic qualities (ex. can speak or read/write in Draconic), they receive half the rolled HP.
