Flamesinger Peak

Flamesinger Peak is one of the many mountains in Kethendia, each home to a different clan of dragonborn. Flamesinger Peak, as its name indicates, is the home of the Flamesinger clan.

The Peak That Scrapes the Sky

Flamesinger Peak is incredibly high, and its top disappears amongst the clouds. Seated on the northwestern shore of Kethendia, it overlooks the Jade Sea. Some say the top of the mountain is connected with the sky itself, a bridge between the material plane and the elemental planes of air and water. This bridge is allegedly used by the inhabitants of those planes, filling the sky and surrounding area with creatures native to those planes.

Delmirev's Keep

High on the western slope of Flamesinger Peak sits a castle, the home of the Flamesinger clan. Named after its first chieftain, Delmirev's Keep has stood for millenia. The Flamesinger clan, descended from red dragons, are the solemn guardians of the Keep's walls. Not many creatures visit the Keep aside from the clan itself, and thus not much is known about the ways of the Flamesingers. The few times that a member of this clan has descended from the peak and into the greater world, it has been for a higher purpose as dictated by the clan's ancestral guardians. These representatives will not rest until their quest has been completed, at which point the dragonborn returns to the Keep. They do not share easily with outsiders.
