Pickups from the Distillery District at first light when the Veilanx guards do a sweep of the late night rabble. Anyone still on the streets and drunk is scooped up for a small bonus by the next shift of jailers coming into work.

A temporary holding area for inebriated individuals awaiting processing. The air carries the distinct scent of spilled alcohol, and the sounds of occasional laughter or regretful groans create an atmosphere of intoxicated detainment.
