High Guard Enforcers - The Shacklers

The enforcers of the High Guard don't wear as much armor as their richer area counterparts. These are street level knights that take care of disturbances in the lower districts. High Guard command doesn't have many eyes on what the enforcers get up to. They guard the bridge from Rumpag to Aillgin and collect fees from people who aren't loyal to them. They are caught up in the gang warfare taking place in these poorer streets. Most people refer to them as the Shacklers, because they get too caught up with rounding people up more than keeping people safe.

The Shacklers patrol the darker alleys and backstreets of Rumpag District while having control of the last bridge out of Rumpag They are known for their extortion, smuggling, and protections operations.
