A Vampire who was turned by Xavier Grimbind. He runs a small coven under the town statue in King's Cross. Jairus found a victim in the commoner Sara as she walked home from work, this forced entanglement led to the eventual birth of Cassius, her dhampir son as well as her hatred for the living dead.
