The primary housing area within The Stacks, characterized by its narrow alleys and stacked apartments.
Houses were built on top of houses. Walls places in living rooms to separate two families. Every closet turned into a room, every attic made a living space. The Windsor’s have gangways to uppers of other houses so that friends and family could easily visit even though they may be in different units.
