Minerva Vossen is the oldest of the three Vossen sisters, who focus on ice magic within the old quartz caves of the Slipstream Crags. She is an ice witch who left the Cloudburst Coven and is known for her ability to turn people into ice sculptures. Her sculptures are said to walk around with an eerie light coming out of where their face once was. Minerva is a powerful and experienced practitioner of ice magic, with a keen sense for the art of turning people into frozen works of art.
