Mistral Vossen is the youngest of the Vossen sisters, who focuses on ice magic within the Slipstream Crags. She too left the Cloudburst Coven, and is known for her ability to turn people into ice sculptures. Her sculptures are said to have a particularly eerie aura, as if they are alive and aware of the world around them. As the youngest sister, Mistral may still be honing her skills in ice magic, but she is no doubt a powerful practitioner in her own right.
