Organ Donor Facility
This building is a worrying building within the Leftovers district. Dropouts from the School of Surgery work in this clinic. Some of the homeless and forgotten people of the district are taken in and dissected to gather organs for dark magic rituals that rely on the recently deceased dissidents of this forgotten district. There is a large collection of blood stored at this facility, in rare circumstances the hospital in the District of the Dead needs to call upon these failed surgeons to get a certain type of blood they may be low on in the main hospital. This macabre building is avoided by many and told about in scary children's stories to stay out of the Leftovers District.
