Senior Researcher
A Senior Researcher is someone who has worked diligently within their field for at least five years, often collaborating with higher-ranked Experts on research projects or taking on teaching roles. They are still refining their knowledge, but their expertise is respected and sought after. Seniors may mentor Novices or Professionals and take on research projects that help them edge closer to Expert status. As they develop their skills, Seniors are given increasing autonomy in their studies, though they must still look to the Masters and Experts for guidance when tackling more complex issues.
