Vauldaur

Destroyed city that inhabited many dwarven farmers. Destroyed by Igor and the Outsiders.
Once a flourishing dwarven village, Vauldaur suffered a devastating fate at the hands of Igor and the Outsiders, leaving it in ruins. However, hope was rekindled when Penoir Nettlehut, a valiant Plain Dwarf who had returned from his adventurous exploits, took charge of rebuilding his ancestral home. Through his funding and determination, Vauldaur began to rise from the ashes.   During the reconstruction, Penoir made a remarkable discovery—a deep vein of precious gold beneath the village. Recognizing the potential, Penoir forged an alliance with the Mine Dwarves, leading to the construction of Fort Vauldaur. This formidable stronghold not only provided protection for the village but also served as a strategic base to exploit the newfound resource.   The villagers, predominantly dwarven farmers, work diligently to restore their beloved home to its former glory. The bustling community thrives on the combined efforts of the Mine Dwarves and the local farmers, capitalizing on the rich reserves of gold to fuel their progress and secure a prosperous future for Vauldaur.
