Vorask
Vorask is a town steeped in mystery and darkness. It lies nestled within the heart of the Echose Marshland, a misty and treacherous place full of danger and hidden secrets. The people who inhabit the town are a mix of Shiman and Vohkin, both groups worshipping the god Dhara. They are a hardy and resilient people, having learned to survive in this harsh environment.
The Trench Lord of Vorask is Ren Nevron, a shadowy figure who is seldom seen. He rules from his stronghold named Widow's Weave, a foreboding fortress perched on a rocky outcropping that looms over the town.
The town's history is shrouded in legends of a battalion of soldiers who once wore spider sigils and were said to have been lost in the marshes. Many of the buildings in Vorask bear these sigils, as if the town were haunted by the memory of these long-dead soldiers.
Despite the danger and darkness that surrounds Vorask, there is a strange beauty to the town. The misty marshland creates an ethereal atmosphere, and the town's location overlooking the sea provides stunning views. However, this beauty is tempered by the knowledge that danger lurks around every corner.
