Session 11+12+13 - Sea Mother Festival and Old Quartz Mine

Once you return to Tarnford with the black, oily necklace with an observing eye in the center, the Sea Mother Festival seems to have been abruptly stopped. Sputters was seen being roughed up my members of the Fleet and dragged to an old quartz mine outside town. Deep within the mine, passage back through the Crags was found. There was writing on the walls about many eyed sea monsters and two dragons who protected the sea. Spiders of Twilight were found some were transported to a dream like realm.
