Edith Penny
Edith Penny is a Toreador within the Camarilla. She holds the title of Keeper of Elysium.
She's friendly, outgoing, and very clearly loves her station and club. But she loves nothing more than her copious amount of cats. These cats are unique, no two look alike, and seem to be Ghouls or otherwise incredibly loyal to Miss Penny.
She operates El Gato Blanco, dance club and Elysium in the heart of Galveston. She seems to have connections to money, as she finds no issue in handing out free burner phones and spare cash for needy neonates. She seems to genuinely have a vested interest in the Kindred population of Galveston.
