El Gato Blanco

The White Cat is an exquisite, upscale club in the heart of Galveston Island. It is crawling with cats of every kind of coloration, lounging on the roof or perched on the sign. They enter and exit the club freely, and the bouncers only seem to stop, well everyone else from entering. The line wraps around the block every night, and there seems to be no discernible rhyme or reason on who gets inside. Sometimes people are let in dressed in fancy, gaudy clothes. Sometimes they look half-feral and reek of mildew. There's not even a defined list, either, nor a dress code. The bouncers cannot be paid off, even after offers of several thousand dollars to be let in.    The truth, of course, is that this club is Elysium for the Kindred of Galveston to flock to.   The club is three levels. The first floor is home to a few sunken lounge areas, re-purposed hookah booths it would seem. On the far wall lies a bar occupied by a barkeep but with very little patrons drinking true alcohol. The back left corner is where the showers and "locker room" of sorts is; it seems like it used to be green rooms for the dancers, but has been retrofitted with showers, sinks, and changing stalls.    The second floor is an entirely vampiric dancefloor. There are stages with dancers performing every other night, throbbing music, and willing blood vessels. There are private booths set up encircling the dancefloor with velvet-black curtains to keep prying eyes out.    Lastly, the third floor is host to offices. Kindred are encouraged to use the computers and Wi-Fi up here should they so require, or find a safe refuge to meet in the soundproof, bug-proof rooms. When the Prince is not in his Court, he could easily conduct meetings here with just as much security.    El Gato Blanco seems to be ran by a single woman named Miss Penny, a Toreador of unknown age and capability. She is overwhelmingly friendly, however, especially to neonates. She is also, conveniently, titled the Keeper of Elysium, and she holds her station with pride. Her office is located on the third floor, and she oversees her domain with a cheery, loving disposition-- just as much as she gives to her hundreds of cats that make El Gato Blanco their home.
