Loxie
Loxie is one of the few people in Fastur who offers services other than manufacturing. She runs a small grocery/pharmaceutical shop. The pharmaceuticals she offers, however, are rarely of very high quality and can often be more dangerous than the condition they're meant to remove. She is also said to have a selection of hallucinogens and narcotics, but she doesn't bring these out for just anyone.
