Scrag
Scrag is the leader of a group of road warriors called "The Children of Old Mother". They believe Old Mother is a goddess who will soon descend to the world to save those who please her and destroy all those who do not. Scrag likes to play music by the Harbingers when he and his group attack and take down their victims.
