Cryptic Alliances

Not all communities' boundaries are geographical. Some are ideological. The Gamma Age was formed by ideology made manifest, by the power of ideas given form by technological progress; these communities, often lumped together under the sobriquet "Cryptic Alliances", are the continuation of that. None predate the Gamma Age, but most take parts of their ideology from the time of the Final Wars and Pre-War periods. Some seek to remake the world the way it was "meant to be". Most seek to pull it further towards one extreme or another.   Some are benign.   Most are not.
