Danre
Danre is one of the four provinces of the kingdom of Sanx in western Emlas, and covers the southeastern part. It's bordered by the province of Tebúfó to the north, the Akna Plain to the east, Rerp Mountains to the south and the province of Úmxak to the west.
It's a rural region, characterized by an oak savanna dotted with villages for the most part, though a series of forts line the eastern edge where the trees give way to the vast Akna Plain, home to nomadic tribes collectively known as Gölans. The closest thing to a provincial capital is the town of Safjú to the north, little more than a market place.
Aside from Sanxeans, Danre is also home to a few native tribes and descendants of Paróbaxi or gölans. Parts of Danre were under paróbaxi control long ago, though their influence is less notable than in Úmxak.
The province provides the kingdom with acorns and pork.
