Stonks Savings and Loan

Stonks Savings and Loans, which is staffed entirely by sentient, quick-witted ghosts, is a banking enterprise in Quayz.
The Displacement caused the entire bank to just appear, seemingly out of thin air. The "Blinking In" of Stonks Savings And Loan  describes this phenomena. 
It is considered to be a reputable institution, if slightly questionable given its provenance. 
The ghosts deal entirely in coin, with gold being the preferred method of transaction.
