Ste. Zenobie

The Abbey of Ste. Zenobie is a convent. It was once an inn long long ago, but has been expanded and consecrated into a religious compound. The Abbess is Sister Guinevere, a welcoming and practical woman in her mid 40's. She is most interested in protecting the women in her charge. There are 18 other sisters living in the abbey. They have a small farm and also raise goats and sheep, producing wool and dairy products.
Sister Guinevere is very concerned about the recent appearances of the Red Comet. Not long ago, one of her charges (Sister Marie) disappeared while on an errand to Perigon and this has made her very distraught. On top of that, something has been predating the Abbey's sheep - possibly an Owlbear?
Soldiers on patrol from Perigon stop by the Abbey once a week, usually on a Wednesday evening.
