Church of Pelor

The Church of Pelor is the primary religious organization in the Empire of Aquilon . It is an extremely hierarchical order, administered by the Grand Theogonist in the capitol of Aquilon via the various bishoprics and local priests. The priests are largely functionaries, scholars, and counselors - actual Clerics of Pelor are often wanderers operating outside the regular hierarchy. These paragons of the faith are tolerated by the regular hierarchy, but are usually encouraged to eventually settle down somewhere.
