The few, the proud, the brave. Phoenix residents know hardship, and to trust in one another over outsiders. As a citizen of a military city-state, Phoenix residents are strict, disciplined, and driven. They are taught from a young age that nothing comes free, and must work to earn their keep, whether it be through scientifc research, invention, or holding the line against the hordes as an Auyver Pilot.

Perk:

• As a citizen, you are permitted access to the city-state, and are allowed to bring guests in (on day passes)
• As long as you are in good standing, you will be provided with daily meal and Aether charging chits
• Auyver Pilots in good standing and not on active military duty are permitted to leave Phoenix with their suits, but they must return at least once every two months for check-in and Auyver routine maintenance checks
