Arch Duke of Varenia

Arch Duke Ilaborn is the ruler of the northern province of Varenia in the Valian Domain of Tarnol. The youngest of the Arch Dukes, he cares little of the day to day bureaucracy of running a kingdom. He spends the majority of his time drinking and dreaming of far off lands. Many people will see him trolling through the capital, Talgard , with lute apon his back and a gleam for adventure in his eyes.
