Black Point

Black Point is an ancient fortress dating back before the formation of Wesmore. Once the capital to a kingdom lost to history no is nothing more than a waystation for patrols on the Bay of Kings. It's main purpose to grant aid to privateers as they hunt pirates in the West Isles. The Commander, Commander Velan, is a slovenly man whose family bought his position. He cares little for the discipline and regiment of the military only the power it gives him. Rumored to be corrupt and lustful many officers dread a position here.
