Mother of Wejin

She is being held prisoner by Captain Kurth. She and her daughter were captured by slavers in their homeland of the Whispering Steppes. She and her daughter were smuggled into Grimtol hold by boat and bought by the High Captain over a year ago. About a month ago she was able to get her daughter out of the fortress and make a run for it. Evoine was captured but her daughter Wejin was able to escape into the city. Kurth was furious with her and beat her nearly to death.
