High Captain

Captain Baram is one of two High Captains of Grimtol Hold. Corrupt and cruel to anyone he sees as inferior. He take what he wants. He extorts money from merchants and caravan. It is rumored that he controls the large bandit encampment to the North. He himself was raised in the fighting Pits of Black Pine. He spends most of his day bullying anyone he sees as inferior or hunting down anyone that owes him money. His men follow his example and can often be seen drinking and hollering before the noon bell.
