High Captain Kurth is a cold and calculating man. Unbending and rigid he expects all under him to present themselves with same discipline and regal as himself. He has spread his influence throughout Grimtol Hold. Even criminals ask his permission before committing a crime in Grimtol Hold. Kurth has spent his lifetime building his little empire and has sacrificed more than most will ever know to keep it. He has taken no wife and fathered any children, or at least children he would claim. He has made it a point to have no attachments to be used against him. His one pleasure is to express his emotions through violence upon helpless victims.
