Hikigaeru

Hikigaeru is the second youngest of the dark fey, the "Five Storms". He is the only one that is not sealed away in a pocket diminision. For centuries he has enjoyed the time away from his siblings but has grown bored and wishes to continue their ever lasting game of power. He more then any other of his siblings loves the martial plane. Especially exotic foods and drinks. He is well known to throw the best partties in which many of the mortals die from excess.
