Lord Luz

Leader of the Red Hand

Lord Luz is the leader of the Red Hand. He has come to the Palace to talk with the Crowned Prince and try to convince him to hand over the Stone of Wind. He has brought a small army with him but claims they are nothing more servants then soldiers. He brought treasures from around the world for the Crowned Prince as well as Luz support if the Prince wanted to reclaim his power. He has a velvet tongue and the grace of diplocmancy but behind those gilded words is a hint of a threat.
