Valkin

Valkin is the capital of the province of Voalia in the Domain of Sonbrass. The city is desecrated and filth ruined. Here the Magistrate Kuna watches over and give a symbolic illusion of order. The city is ruled over by roaming gangs and thugs hoarding what little resources there is. Diseases run rampart through the city and corpses are left out to rot. Here the strong are the law and the weak must obey or be killed.
