The oldest son of a high house in Coavis, he has recently been appointed the office of Lord of Olurias. He has been placed in the position to prove himself to Lord Stillink and to help further Lord Stillink's goal. Lord Rustwell is eager to prove himself and earn his place in the "Lordship Alliance". He is disgusted with the rabble that fill the streets daily and rarely is seen in public. He has passed many laws that seem unreasonable and overly cruel. Example: Anyone caught sleeping in the open will be cast in the "Tunnels". For a city that is overly crowded is seems illogical to many people.
