Magistrate Kuna

Magistrate Kuna watches over the province of Voalia in the Domain of Sonbrass. Her seat of power resides in the prisoner city of Valkin. She has little power over the criminals and the unwanted in her province. She hides in her capital building doing what little she can to help the people.
