Rhaine is the fortune teller for the Wink and Tickle. One of her many rings grants her a glamour to hid her drow heritage. She knows little of her people but has inherited their cunning. Many merchants have put their fortunes on the line all for what Lady Rhaine says. Granted little do they know she is orchestrating all the business dealings. She has earned a large amount of money has her fingers in almost every type of business in the city, from construction to papermaking she has share in it of course her true identity is hidden behind fake personas and papier-mâché business. She came to this city as a slave but has worked herself up to be the wealthiest person in the city, yet no one other than Madam Bela. The elite would not accept that a once slave girl has bested them in their own game, so she manipulates from the shadows until the day she can take her spot in the sun.
