Tower of the Prophets
The Mages of the Tower is a mercantile company and wizards' guild that operates out of the Tower of the Arcane in Grimtol. The last Arcane Tower standing in the world. The organization is shrouded in mystery, as even its most high-ranking members were unknown. It was known however that their primary goal was the political and economic control of the North. Once hundred of Towers dotted the the landscape of the world, now the last one stands in Grimtol Hold. The organization is tolerated by the Arch Duke only because of the Tower's wealth and political connection. Many wish the Tower would disappear but no one will raise a hand to stop them. It is rumored those that speak ill of the Tower disappear from their beds and are never seen.
