Voya, Duchess of Seasons

Lady Voya is a famed eladrin strategist and the current ruler of the eladrin since the Rose King’s death. Her skin shifts between different seasons over the day, making her appearance and personality vary depending on when you happen to meet her. She however often is welcoming to strangers and provides them safe haven in the eladrin settlement of Mithrendain, helping keep watch with the aid of the secret task force that is the Seven Blades of the Moon and Jalfarian Khaldros, The Sovereign Elk. She created the Seven Blades of the Moon to combat the increasing encroachment of yokia into the Material World.
