A goblin ranger leading the Emerald Claw forces in Irraz Ruins. A wretched goblin wearing a shining mitral breastplate and carrying the bow Elfbane. Saarvith is an exceptional goblin who gained his leadership position with the Emerald Claw, largely in part due to his connection with Regiarix, a black Dragon. He enjoys flaunting his power over larger creatures that once looked down upon him. He gets great joy in watching Regiarix devour a pushy orc or bugbear not quick enough to obey his command.
