Kaedehara Yoshinori, born Niwa Yoshinori (丹羽義慶 Niwa Yoshinori), was a Japanese-born alumnus of Teyvat Academy. He was a past head of the middle-class Kaedehara family, who were affiliated with the powerful and wealthy Kamisato family. He married Kaedehara Kayami and was the father of Kaedehara Hisamichi, the grandfather of Kaedehara Kazuki, and the great-grandfather of Kaedehara Kanae and the famous J-Pop idol and member of the band 5WIRL (read as SWIRL), Kaedehara Kazuha.

Early Life
Yoshinori was born into the Niwa family as the second son of the Niwa family head at the time. From a young age, he was arranged to marry Kaedehara Kayami, the daughter and only child of the head of the Kaedehara family at the time.Education at Teyvat Academy
While at Teyvat Academy, Yoshinori was in the Inazuma dorm. He was an average student, not participating in either the Inazuma Shogunate (the Inazuma Student Council) or the Tri-Commission (the Inazuma Varsity Teams). He spent most of his time with Kayami, who he considered one of his only friends as they grew up alongside one another - as well as Kamisato Nariaki and his fiancée, Sakurai Kisa, and Kamisato Aisa and her fiancé, Yukimura Naoya.Marriage and Adoption into the Kaedehara family
Yoshinori graduated from the Teyvat Academy alongside Kayami, Nariaki, Kisa, Kamisato Aida and Yukimura Naoya in 1967. Not long after his graduation, he and Kayami married. As was decided upon the marriage arrangement being finalised, Yoshinori was adopted into the Kaedehara family and took on their family name as Kayami’s father had no sons so they needed someone to marry into the family. He was made joint-head of the Kaedehara family alongside Kayami. When Yoshinori was twenty, Kayami gave birth to their first son, Hisamichi, in July 1969.Death
Yoshinori died in February 2023, when he was 73, three years after the death of his wife, Kayami.
