Ulgary the Great

Ulgary I (Ald Duekmen: ⰖⰎⰃⰡⰓⰟⰊ·Ⰰ', Ulgěry Aˈ [ˈulgjærɯ ˈpɪrʋʊ]) called the Great (ⰂⰅⰎⰋⰍⰟ, velikъ [ˈʋɛlikʊ]), was the son of Bogov the Magnanimous and first king of the Duekmen to unite all the Duekmen tribes under one ruler, founding the Dvekmenu Empire.
