The current leader of the Feloran Noble House of the same name, Fèrn is State Councillor of the Sovereignty of Soren, responsible for the training and management of the Sovereignty's Chilëkus, and overseeing the state bureaucracy.

Personal history
Fèrn was born in the waning years of the Feloran Empire, 75 years before the Drowning of Antiokus. In the years after the Retreat to Qua'adar, Miranèlis studied to become a civil servant in the Imperial Bureaucracy, passing the Feloran Civil Examination at the age of 101.
Despite his grandparent, Emperix Dèrn II being the final monarch of his family's last dynasty, Fèrn is at least publically loyal to Kaelbryn, current Sovereign of Soren and Crown Prince for the same throne.
Gender Identity
Fèrn understands his gender as one of diginity and grace. He is what some would consider a "dandy", however he also believes that he should be able to put someone unconscious with a strike of the fists or a flick of the wand.
Sexuality
Given his professional background and Sorenian upbringing, Fèrn is attracted to like-minded individuals who can engage with him philosophically and historically, exchanging their understandings and knowledge, with no set preference to their gender presentation. He's not a very sexual person, although the act doesn't repulse him, and is more interested in finding someone with the same considerations of aesthetics rather than someone with good aesthetics.

He seeks to preserve Feloran culture, especially it's historical records and Èlbrìles, and believes the Feloran people to be the Known World's most complex and storied, due to both the length and the amount, relative to other elder races such as Giants or Dragons.
