Performer's Guild
The Performer's Guild is the overarching guild that local guilds derive their authority and mission from.
Charters, bylaws and mission statements are codified and unified by the Guild, and then local guilds may adjust as needed for their unique situation.
In order for a local guild to join the Performer's Guild, it must agree to adopt their mission statement and goals, pay a monthly or yearly fee to the Guild, and show that their is a need for a guild in the area. The Guild can also revoke a local guild's right to call themselves "performers".
