The Prophesies of Gruumnsh

Gruumnsh is widely credited with providing a sense of focus for the disparate orc lords to band together and eventually overthrow the Kingdom of Khopti. He is the most revered orc prophet by far and has a large following. Most orc settlements have at least one shrine to Gruumnsh, and clerics of Gruumnsh are treated with unusual respect amongst orc tribes.   History Gruumnsh wandered amongst the Orc tribes for over twenty years preaching his message of total Orc domination. Unwavering in his belief, he finally met King Gnarlhand. Gnarlhand was captivated by the passion of Gruumnsh and the ambition of the Prophet.   Gruumnsh became Gnarlhand's lead conselor, always by his side providing guidance and advice. As Gnarlhand started to sway other chiefs and kings to his vision, Gruumnsh became more powerful as well.   The human kings also heard of Gnarlhand and Cruumnsh's growing authority. As assasin was dispatched to murder King Gnarlhand - successfully. Gruumnsh was able to resurrect Gnarlhand, cementing his power and hold over the Orc tribes as the true prophet of Magreth.
